1. The service
Core Engineering Kft., registered seat Váci út 99, H-1139 Budapest, Hungary, company registration no. 01-09-441199, VAT no. 32760765-2-41 (EU VAT HU32760765). Contact: assistant@aiseen.eu.
AI Visibility measures how often AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity) name a business in answers to typical customer questions, which competitors they name instead, which websites they cite, and whether stated facts match the details you gave us. It produces a score, a report and a list of suggested fixes.
2. Who may use it
The service is for businesses and the agencies acting for them (B2B). By running a scan you confirm that you represent the business or are entitled to research it, that you are at least 18, and that you will not use the service to harass, scrape or defame third parties.
3. Free scan
One free scan per business, limited to a subset of questions and the top three competitors. We may limit the number of free scans per e-mail address, IP address or day, and may refuse scans that look automated.
4. Paid plans
- Plans are billed monthly in euro, in advance, via Stripe. Prices exclude VAT; Hungarian VAT applies unless you give a valid EU VAT ID (reverse charge).
- Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from the dashboard or by e-mail; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. We do not refund partial months.
- Plan limits (businesses, competitors, repeats, manual scans) are shown on the pricing page and may change for new subscriptions; existing subscriptions keep their limits until renewal after 30 days' notice.
- If a payment fails we retry; after 14 days without payment the plan reverts to Free and weekly scans stop. Your data is kept as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Fix packages
Done-for-you packages are one-off services quoted in writing. Work starts after payment and the scope agreed in the quote. Deliverables are described in the quote; we do not guarantee that an AI engine will name your business afterwards (see section 7).
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the scan is a digital service delivered immediately, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the first scan or report has been delivered. Subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time for the next period.
7. No guarantee of results
AI answers are probabilistic and change from day to day; the same question can yield different names. Scores are a measurement under fixed conditions (same questions, engines and week), not a promise about any individual customer's chat. We do not control OpenAI, Google or Perplexity and are not affiliated with them. Fix suggestions are recommendations; you decide what to implement.
8. Your content and our content
You keep all rights to the business details you give us. You grant us the right to use them to run scans and produce your reports. Reports are for your internal use and for sharing with your clients (Agency plan); you may not resell the service as your own or publish our reports as independent research without our written consent.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". Scans depend on third-party APIs that may be slow, rate-limited or unavailable; in that case a scan may be delayed or run with fewer engines, and we tell you which engines were used.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost customers. Nothing limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the service or fail to pay, after notice where practical.
12. Governing law
Hungarian law applies; the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction for business customers. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are e-mailed to account holders 30 days before they apply. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
